3RGQ was born in 2019 from a heartfelt belief: that every Indian woman — whether at a grand wedding, a festival morning, or a quiet family gathering — deserves to feel beautiful, comfortable, and authentically herself.

But we went further. We asked ourselves: can fashion be beautiful without harming the planet? Can our artisans thrive while our rivers stay clean? Can a woman's wardrobe be her most powerful act of sustainability?

We minimise waste at every production step. Low-impact, water-conscious dyeing processes, minimal fabric waste through precision pattern cutting, and biodegradable packaging eliminate unnecessary harm. We measure our carbon footprint every quarter and publish it openly.

It started with a 16-year-old girl and a dream: to empower women. As the years passed, that dream grew roots. She witnessed the quiet strength of women in every corner of society, but she also saw the heavy toll our industry takes on the planet.

Her passion for people soon met an urgent concern for the Earth. Armed with years of social experience and a heart for change, she realized that fashion shouldn't just look good — it should do good.
